Training

At Oceanblue we think that thorough training is the best foundation for adventures in diving. Adequate pool time helps ensure your skills are more automatic, and gives you the greatest degree of confidence and safety. The courses we offer are all taught by seasoned instructors who have been diving anywhere from the wrecks of the Long Island Sound to the wrecks of Truk Lagoon in Micronesia, and everywhere in between. Experience is key to giving 'real world' context to what you learn in the text or eLearning, and our instructors have it... in spades. Cutting corners isn't our way of doing things, because we want you to love diving, and we've found that a little more time on the front end with training will get you off on the right fin for a lifetime of fun and safer diving adventures.

Online registration for courses will be available right on this website soon, but in the meantime, view our schedule here, or to sign up for a class or get more information, give us a call at (203) 853-4148 or toll free at (800) 668-DIVE (3483). We can also arrange custom classes for you, your friends and family, designed specifically around your schedule, even in your own home, and using your own pool if you have one.
